Today’s Coffee Question

Not world or people make you feel happy or unhappy, but your own thinking. So if we are truly looking for happiness we have to stop wasting our energy to change our bodies, place where we live, work, community, life style, personality. When we change that all things we still might feel unhappy. False believe is that when our all needs and wants became fulfilled we will become happy- not true. All that wants and needs attachments make are feel tense, frustrated, loss of safety, nervous, stressed, anxious. What is happiness?
